About the Lab

Vision

Laboratory for Disaster Safety & Culture Arts (LDSCA) is Korea's first hybrid archive and networking platform that cross-analyzes the structural, rational prevention systems of disaster safety with the narrative, emotional insights of culture and the arts. We create a public forum where experts from both fields learn each other's language and propose a new paradigm for safety culture.

What We Do

• Data — Unified public data on performances, weather, and disasters
• Content — Safety perspectives, arts narratives, and crossover criticism
• People — A cross-disciplinary network of expert crew members

Roadmap

Phase 1 — Launch a hybrid portal combining data, content, and experts.
Phase 2 — Establish an incorporated association and expand into venue safety consulting and convergence education.
